Free Shipping

As part of our commitment to an exceptional shopping experience, we are pleased to offer free shipping order above Rs.1,799/- 

Flat Rate Shipping

To ensure affordability and simplicity in our shipping process, we provide a flat rate shipping fees of Rs.59/- for orders less than Rs.1,799/-

Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit the needs of our customers:

  • Standard: 5-7days
  • Express: 2-3days

In certain situations, we may collaborate with a third-party supplier who might handle our inventory and take charge of shipping your products.


Return policy 

A big reason we didn’t accept COD is because getting the orders return with various reason.

To return order, customers should reach us thru email with a proper explanation and images of the order that they received. 

Returning because of accidental buying will not appreciate return or refunds. To get successful return of the product, the product must be broken or package must have opened during the delivery.  We request all our customers to have a video recorded if you see the package is broken or missing and send it to our email: vyozl025@gmail.com

Refunds will take 3-7 business days, money will automatically deposit to your bank.
